TERMS
Prepaid.
If you require credit,we are equipped to handle
Master Card, Visa, & AMEX
These will be considered prepaid. Institutional Accounts excepted. 

Handling & Packing Charge: $15.00 for orders under $100.00.

Damages - Please open your shipment immediately.

Obvious damage should be reported to the carrier within 24 hours.

Concealed damage within 3 days.

Please retain all original packing materials with product
until claim is resolved.

Hanson's will not accept returns or assist with damage claims
beyond 7 days after receipt of goods.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all refused orders
and all returns.

Returned items must be pre-authorized by Hanson's.

Hanson's is not responsible
for damages or shortages that may occur in transist.


CREDIT REQUESTS
We want you to be satisfied with our product.

Please let us know immediately (within 5 days).
Should there be an error on our part, we will be happy to give you full credit, refund or replacement, (at our discretion).

Should there be an error on your part (or you've changed your mind), we will give you credit, refund, or replacement if the product returned is in
re-sellable condition and in the original carton,subject to a 25% restocking charge.

You pay return shipping costs.

Special orders are cannot be returned.

No merchandise may be returned
without our written permission.
